ITINERARY:

-Day 1 : A lovely and varied walk of 12.5 miles. It passes the 10th century Sudeley Castle, with it’s royal connections, and takes you over undulating Cotswold countryside and impossibly pretty villages. Your day finishes at the quintessentially Cotswold village of Lower Slaughter.

 -Day 2: An easier but charming day of 10miles taking you through lovely villages and providing delightful views. A chance to explore the Iron aged hill fort town of Stow on the Wold provides a welcome lunch time detour. Bourton on the Hill is your elevated home for the night.

-Day 3: A delightful day of 12.5 miles with so much of interest along the way. This walk enjoys spectacular views form Dovers Hill and Broadway Tower, and provides a ‘taster’ of a classic section of the Cotswold Way before reaching the beautiful honey coloured village of Broadway.

-Day 4: Your final day of 12-13 miles journeys along the Cotswold escarpment with far reaching views. You have the choice of taking in a whole day of the Cotswold Way, or keeping off the beaten track with our detailed route cards. A celebratory meal in one of Winchcombe’s excellent eateries would be a fine way to finish your tour before your last night.
